Schedule:
• Guaranteed 25 hours per week

Responsibilities:
• Provide attentive, developmentally appropriate care for an 8-month-old
• Support baby-led weaning practices with confidence and care
• Wash and sanitize bottles at the end of each shift
• Tidy up after meals and play
• Take out diaper trash as needed
• Occasionally assist with the baby’s laundry
• Maintain a screen-free environment during care hours
Home Environment:
• One indoor cat and three outdoor cats
• Two friendly dogs that roam freely (no pet care required from nanny)
• Parents work both in and out of the home
Ideal Candidate:
• Experienced with infants and confident managing developmental milestones
• Patient, reliable, and trustworthy
• Strong communication skills and a nurturing presence
• Comfortable working independently and following family preferences closely
• CPR/AED/First Aid certified (infant/child/adult)
• Knows how and when to use an EpiPen (baby has a diagnosed cashew allergy)
Additional Requirements:

• No screen time during working hours
• Non-smoker
Compensation:
• $23–$24/hour, depending on experience
• Guaranteed pay for 25 hours/week
