A little bit about us
We’re a small but mighty crew. At the heart of it is my 2.5-year-old son—equal parts joy, chaos, and comic relief. And then there’s me: a 37-year-old dad currently rocking the “recovery and rehab” lifestyle after a pretty wicked truck accident (think: the kind of story people lean in for). Life threw me a curveball, but we’re determined to make this next chapter vibrant, fun, and growth-filled.
Our Needs
We’re looking for a superhero disguised as a nanny: someone who can keep up with a toddler full of questions, giggles, and boundless curiosity, while also being my right-hand ally. Beyond childcare, I’ll need help with day-to-day support as I work through rehab and continue managing projects that take me across Texas, the U.S., and Mexico. Bonus points if you love a challenge and have a knack for juggling adventure with organization.
Bilingual Bonus
If you speak fluent English and Spanish, you just shot to the top of the list. I often need a translator while I’m on the road and working internationally, and helping my son soak up Spanish early is a huge priority. Think of it as raising a little global citizen while helping me navigate business, culture, and conversation.
Our Priorities
• Health & Food: We lean toward caveman diet—even with a toddler in the mix. Meal planning and healthy prep would be a massive plus. But we take what we can get and are grateful to have it.
• Clean & Calm: I believe in a tidy, organized home to keep stress low and happiness high. Help us keep our space harmonious.
• Play & Explore: My son thrives on parks, painting, music, dancing, and discovering the world. Keeping his little imagination firing is key.
Join Us
If you’re the kind of person who can wrangle a toddler, laugh through chaos, keep things organized, translate on the fly, and bring positivity into a household in transition, you’ll fit right in. This isn’t just a job—it’s a chance to be part of a journey where resilience, love, and adventure all collide.

Toddler is incredible - easygoing, loves to nap, read and play (independently or with you close by). We have dogs, but won't require any assistance there.
Would be ideal if you're willing to clean the highchair after baby has eaten - but not required. Mom can prep food, but kiddo is picky, so on-the-fly PBJ might be needed.
Mom works from home (M-F from [phone number hidden]), so she needs support when dad is at work. Dad is a firefighter, so his schedule changes weekly, but repeats every three weeks. No holiday work expected nor required.
Would prefer some light learning and to stay around the house for sleeping schedule purposes on the days you’re here vs. adventure outside of the home.
You should have plenty of freedom while the kiddo naps to study, run out for food/coffee/quick errands or catch up on your show of choice!
We welcomed a little brother in September - so we need assistance in the new year. In general, baby would probably mostly be with mom even when she goes back to work while toddler gets stimulation/entertainment. (Planning to breastfeed.)
