A little bit about us
We are a loving family with four children three boys and one girl ages 11, 8, 3, and 1. Mom and dad run a business.
Our older boys will be in school during the day once school starts, so the primary focus will be our two little ones. We are working hard to establish routines with sleep, snacks, meals, and activities, and we’d love someone who can help maintain consistency and provide gentle but confident leadership when needed. Our children are active, curious, and full of energy. They love to play, and while theyre wonderful kids, they’re still kids! We’re looking for someone who is patient, calm, and not easily overwhelmed. We value communication and teamwork. If behaviors arise or something happens during the day, we want open and honest communication. We understand that bumps, spills, and accidents are part of childhood, and we want our nanny to feel comfortable talking with us without fear or judgment.
What We’re Looking For
* Full-time availability 8:00/9:00 AM–5:00 PM
* At least 2 years of childcare experience, especially with toddlers
* CPR certified (or willing to become certified)
* Comfortable managing routines, activities, and playtime
* Able to prepare meals and snacks for the children
* Light cleanup related to the kids (toys, dishes used during the day, etc.)
* Someone who is nurturing, dependable, and able to take charge when needed
* Excellent communication and a team-oriented mindset
What You Can Expect From Us
We want our nanny to feel respected, appreciated, and valued. We believe in mutual trust and open communication. We will support you when challenges arise, reinforce respect with our children, and treat you as an important part of our family’s team not just an employee. We want this to be a long-term relationship built on trust, kindness, and mutual respect.
We’re excited to find someone who will love our little ones, help them grow, and become a trusted part of our family’s journey.
