I have a hybrid at home/in-person position at UW, and my husband works remotely full-time. I'm an academic, and he's in management consulting.
We would love to work with another family with 1-2 young children, and are happy to discuss hosting arrangements (our house versus yours). We have two very friendly dogs and live in a townhouse in N Cap Hill.
