A little bit about us
I’ll be home during shifts and am the primary caregiver, so this role is about supporting me (the mom) and helping things run smoothly throughout the day.
Help includes:
- Holding/soothing baby and assisting with transitions (lifting, handing to mom for breastfeeding, burping etc.)
- Diapering and general baby care
- Light household support (bottles, dishes, laundry, tidying)
- Small support tasks (refilling water, bringing items, staying with baby while I step away)
When the baby is settled or I’m with him, we appreciate help keeping the house moving.
We’re looking for someone who can take initiative with household tasks over time, while checking in before stepping in with the baby as you learn our routines.
I’ll typically be the one to get him when he wakes from naps. We keep a calm, unhurried environment and allow him to wake up gradually.
Flexible daytime hours Tues–Thurs, ~10–15 hours/week.
Must be comfortable working alongside a parent and around a shy, sweet dog (no pet care needed).

When you reach out, let me know what your availability is like and what experience you have working with toddlers or young children. Thanks!

Our 8 year old is just coming out of autistic burnout and is ready to be in the world. Our 2 year old is gregarious and loves being outside and dancing to the music in her heart. They both love to cuddle.
Ideally you are interested in helping us raise kind humans and helping maintain the order of the home.
Up to 20 hours/week needed.
We like our kids to get outside everyday rain or shine, will occasionally need to be picked up from appointments. We expect you would clean up after children's meals and play areas. Fold and put away kid clothing, tidy kids' rooms. We have a puppy we are training to be a service animal so occasionally you would help with puppy potty breaks and play.

A little bit about us
We are looking for a long-term nanny for our two delightful little boys and sweet, newborn baby girl. The boys are turning 2 and 4 this summer and I will be headed back to work mid-July two days a week. We need care for 11 hours each day. Ideally we find a nanny who is organized, attentive, loves being outdoors and active. Playing in the yard, using their creativity, and reading books are favorites of both the boys. The boys are silly and active with very kind hearts. Our beautiful daughter is a good sleeper, and gives plenty of smiles. We do also have a beloved labradoodle named Hank. He is a little over enthusiastic to love new friends, but otherwise sleeps the day away and occasionally needs to be let outside to go potty.
We’re excited to meet you!
