A little bit about us

Hi! We’re looking for an occasional babysitter to help out for a couple of hours during the week and eventually for some movie date nights. 😊 We tend to prefer later movies around 10–11pm, when we know the girls are already asleep, or sometimes a Saturday/Sunday morning matinee.

We have two sweet girls who are both on the autism spectrum but are very different from each other. Our oldest is nonverbal and pretty chill for the most part. She mostly likes to do her own thing, get cozy, and watch movies. Our youngest is super chatty, busy, social, and loves having people around!

At first, I’d plan to be home with you so we can ease into everything and make sure both you and the girls feel totally comfortable. I can help you learn their routines, navigate communication with our oldest, and just get to know everyone without any pressure. Once everyone feels comfortable and familiar with each other, we’d start doing our date nights.

Just for full transparency, we do have nanny cams in our home. We’re also a Christian family, and I’m personally very sensitive to perfumes/fragrances, so minimal or no perfume while you’re here would be greatly appreciated. 🤍

Mostly, we’re hoping to find someone kind, patient, dependable, and easygoing who our girls can get comfortable with and who could become our go-to sitter!
