A little bit about me
My name is Opal and I am a professional nanny that relocated from the DC area.
I have over 15 years of experience in the childcare field as well as two years of Lead teaching Tots under 3 for a private school in my area.
During the summer months I worked in extended day programs with school aged children PreK-HighSchool.
I am up to date on all certifications which includes CPR/FirstAid/AED/MAT and I have a current negative Tdap screening-this was mandatory at the school. I also am trained in the creative curriculum in VA.
At this time I am only seeking part time employment with the only flexibility being between the hours of 6:30-2:30.
These hours are perfect for a family looking to lessen the load:)
I am happy to help with the children’s laundry twice a week and the children’s daily mess.
I enjoy creativity, being outdoors, music and structure, if you think this could be a fit then I’d love to hear from you!
