I am currently attending Berkeley City College, and I working towards getting my BA in cognitive psychology. My plan is to eventually become a family marriage therapist.

I have quite a bit of experience working with kids in their homes mostly doing morning routines such as making breakfast and drop off at school.

Before I became a live-in nanny I watched my 7-year-old brother. My responsibilities included making his breakfast and lunch in the morning. In the afternoon i'd pick him up from school, and help him with homework.

Before I moved I lived with two boys ages three and seven. My responsibilities include making the boys breakfast, taking them to school, and watching the youngest son every other Sunday for about four hours.

Once we had to shelter in place I began spending a little more one on one time with the boys. We spent a lot of time entertaining ourselves outside.

I absolutely adore children, and hope to get the opportunity to work with you, and your kids!!

I helped his mom watch him as he grew up and also during those years taking care of him and his baby brother while their parents at work. I also live at the house on school nights and watch them. I am a nanny with a bachelor's in Psychology and minor in child development. I have taken care of children since I was young, but worked as a fulltime nanny (50+hrs/wk) for 2 young girls for almost 3 years. My passion is teaching little ones, I love engaging with babies to create opportunities to maximize cognitive potential. Watching babies learn by talking, reading, singing, playing, and exploring is my favorite way to spend a day. My goal is to provide safe, fun, enriched environments that inspire babies to become advanced, inquisitive, considerate, and mindful kids.

I have experience with most ages, including children and young adults who have special needs. I primarily worked with children 0-5. I would love to find another family with a baby to work with full time long term. It brought me such joy teaching the girls I worked with before. I can't wait to help teach a new little one.

Hey my name is Rafael. I started taking care of my cousin when I was 10 and she a baby. Today she's 15 and so smart, confident and humble. I'm really proud of my first kid! Since then I looked after more 4 kids. All of them between 2010 and 2014. I also worked for 8 months as a assistant in a kumon franchise. Also I did elder care for a short period of time and dog sitting too. As you can see I've always been dedicated to take care. It's something that I just love to do.

I worked in a Daycare facility in El Cerrito/Richmond California for 3 years. The interesting fact about that is the facility I worked in was the one I attended when I was a little girl. My responsibilities included preparing and serving food, cleaning up after the children, assisting with various activities such as art projects and swimming lessons as well as assist with basic education depending on the age of the child.
