A little bit about me
I’m a former professional nanny and SAHM of teens returning to my background in childcare as I navigate next steps after separation.
I have extensive childcare experience with all ages, from newborns to teenagers, including ADHD and Autistic families. I’m a proponent of gentle parenting practices, active in my daily life, nature-lover, book-enthusiast, music-obsessed, very comfortable with pets, handy in the kitchen, happy to help with light housework, errands, etc. I respect children in their own right as their own people and truly enjoy spending time and sharing life with them. I’m very hands-on in terms of playing, yet also perhaps at my most content rocking a sleeping little one.
Formerly CPR/First Aid certified and happy to renew. Vaccinated. Clean driving record. Availability is fairly flexible and can include evenings and weekends. I’d ideally love to be home to help see my kiddos off to school in the morning, but that’s not necessarily a dealbreaker.
