My name is Madeline and I am 20 years old. I currently attend college in pursuit of majoring in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Behavioral Science, and Psychology! I have had experience in the childcare setting for 4+ years now. Previous jobs include sandwich making (2 yrs.), assistant caregiving (4 yrs.), and preschool teaching (6+ months). With my years of experience, I have realized that I prefer to work with children by building a relationship which in turn allows their personalities and social-emotional development to flourish in turn making their worlds easier to navigate. I am open to working with more than one child, meal prep, light housekeeping, homework help, and creating fun, engaging activities!

Ashlee Grove
Stockton$15/hr  |  10 yrs experience
My name is Ashlee, and I’ve been a nanny for 10+ years! I have a huge passion for working with kids, teaching them new things, and learning and exploring with them! Nothing beats the smile on their faces when they accomplished something that they’ve been trying at/learning :) Kids are the future so I am here to help teach, love and nurture them to the best of my abilities. I’m on the firm but understanding side. I’m not afraid to say No, which at times I know can be hard to hear as a child but I will always explain out the reasoning to help them understand that they aren’t just being “shut down”. I love taking nature walks, trips to zoos and parks, library time you name it! Everyday is a new opportunity for fun and learning!

I'm a mommy of 2, a step mommy of 4, plus i help with caring for another 2 (who belong to the father of my children), who are not my own. Children are everything to me. It is important to surround a child with a safe, loving and positive environment, no matter any situation. I love educating them; whether it be educational for the mind, manners, or responsibilities. I'm very patient and understanding when it comes to a childs needs, lack of communication, and/or frustrations. I believe all will come together in due time.

My oldest (17), just graduated from high school (a year early), and will be starting her first year of college in August. My youngest (15) will be starting his junior year in high school, also in August. Both of my children are a year ahead in their education, play sports, and have a good head on their shoulders. I am big on children learning early. Education is important, and i do my very best to give any child i am lucky enough to care for, a head start, but making it all fun and into a game.

Im energetic, a multitasker, a great cook (veggies are my best friend), and a sucker for crafts; which are a hit with the kids. Most of all, i pay very close attention to mommy and daddys rules for baby(ies).

I am First-Aid & CPR certified and in the process of recieving my childcare license. As of now, i have an empty schedule and looking to care part-time/full-time.
