I have been teaching/providing care for children since 2000. I started to work at a daycare in 2005 and I have worked with all ages, though the primary classes I have worked with were the infant, toddler and preschool classes and I currently work with the 2-3 year old. I would say the hardest thing I run into is watching the children move up to the next class. The children become such a big part of your life that it’s hard to see them go, but I am very proud to see that they are well prepared to move on. I was 20 when I started to work in childcare. I was very excited to work with infants. In my first year I learned a lot about how important it is to be a teacher. I saw some children that were being abused and being neglected and childcare was the only place some of the infants and toddlers received any love, attention, guidance and nurturing.

Hi my name is Aaniyah Larkin. I come from a big family from a big city. New York to be specific. I’m new to Georgia and excited to get myself out there. My specialty is taking care of children. Children always had a bond with me. Probably due to my bubbly and goofy personality. I’m optimistic by nature and treat everyone with the highest respect.❤️

I was a live in nanny for a few months taking care of a 9 month old girl. I was also a live in nanny last year for a family friend taking care of her 10 year old son. I was a baby sitter for about 2 years. I babysat siblings (4 year old girl and 7 year old boy.) I also babysat a 2 year old for a few months. I'm currently a nanny for a family of 5. With an 11 month old, twins aged 5 and a 3 year old. I fed all these children, put them to bed, changed diapers, assisted the parents when I could or as needed. I'm just looking for something different.
