I began babysitting for family/family friends around age of 15 and remember that i always felt excited, always having fun and caring about each child and understanding that we are all our own individuals. wondering what I wanted to do with my life, I had friends noticing that I'm good with kids- a "kid at heart". Went to school for a year and a half for Early Child Education, realizing school wasn't for me, was then blessed with a job in a Day Care that i loved. (August 24th, 2017) I re-signed (October 22, 2018) because I realized working in a Day Care, not everybody working with children are passionate about working with children and I had a hard time working alongside people like that. I am grateful for all that it taught me- Patience, understanding, calmness, love, compassion. A creative aspect like this is one of the things i admire most. I have an insightful mind and love being curious with kids, discovering/learning new things to help them progress and understand themselves.

I have 1 nephew and 2 nieces. 2 of my nieces are over about every weekend, ages 4 and 2 since they were born so I know all of the basics of childcare. I occasionally help out with the childrens group at my church and watch a few of the kids during various church meetings and events. I have helped with the preschool group at vacation bible school for the last 4 years along with 3 other adults, the group is usually 15+ preschoolers. I am beginning to babysit for a lady at my church occasionally when she has to work an over night shift.

my availability is weekdays from around 8am to 6pm, but I can work with your schedule as needed.

My whole life I have been surrounded by children. I grew up in Mechanicsburg so I’m very familiar with the area. I babysit a seven year old boy, a three year old boy, and a five year old girl. I run a daycare in my home. It’s a nurturing, clean, loving environment with the same schedule for the kids each day. I’m a caring in home daycare provider who offers full and part time care and flexibility. I have seven years of childcare experience. I’m skilled in early childhood education. I’m CPR, first aid, and AED certified. I engage positively with all children to build positive and healthy relationships with them and help them to set educational goals each day. Meals and snack provided.

Madison W.

Madison is extremely trustworthy; I never worried about the safety of my children when they were with her. She was always patient with my children and I can not remember one time in her years with us that I saw her lose her cool. She always respected the children, yet was able to discipline them appropriately when needed - Katie Geer

Sonia S.

She gave my baby the attention a mother would. She came in on time and was very polite. I will recommend her. - Nicole

Lillian L.

Lillian took care of my newborn twins for a year and if it hadn’t been for us moving I would still employ her. She is kind, patient, smart, thorough and my children adore her. She made our lives exceptionally easy and wonderful. - Kristina
