A little bit about me
Thank you for the opportunity to introduce myself. My background includes the years entered here. ( [phone number hidden] ) as a young girl. I began at 12 years old with one 2 and a half year old little girl and her newborn sister. The family grew to 5 children while I was their nanny. I entered college in 1972 and studied to be a middle school teacher. I did my student teaching at Michigan State University. ( Language Arts ) My career was in Aviation and over the years I continued childcare intermittently. I LOVE children and babies and they respond very well to me. While working with the family I had begun with I also received numerous calls from other families in my hometown. It was actually a very small business.
I am retired now and would like an opportunity to be a part - time Nanny again in Mechanicsburg, PA or surrounding areas.
I am a warm, open - hearted lady and looking forward to finding a family for whom I will be the right fit. My Best !
Linda George 🌷

A little bit about me
Whether it's reading books, planning creative activities, or helping with homework, I truly enjoy being part of a child's growth and development. I also love cooking and keeping things clean and organized - something that not only helps the household run smoothly but also sets a great example for kids.
Even though I don't have children of my own just yet, I treat every child I care for as if they were family. I believe that every child deserves love, patience, and respect, and I'm committed to offering just that.
Childcare isn't just a job for me it's a calling, and I feel incredibly fulfilled knowing that I can make a positive impact in a child's life.

A little bit about me
I go by Lala , instead of Grandma. What a wonderful blessing it would be to help care for a baby or young child. My own Grandson is 8 mos old and I adore him! It’s so fun to share in their growth and learning about the world. I love to cook and make delicious home made meals or treats. I would be fine with making dinner or light house chores like washing babies clothing and bedding . I can adapt to your families needs and am open to discussing what they are. I intend to remain active and working . I could even do overnight care occasionally if needed .
I served in the Navy as a Dental Assistant . I am trained in emergency CPR ( I could renew that easily) I feel confident in caring for scrapes and first aid. I would not hesitate to call the doctor or seek medical attention if it was beyond my abilities.
I look forward to hearing from potential clients and being considered for your baby/childcare in your home.
