A little bit about me
My name is Jorie! I graduated from NIU with my Bachelor of Science in Nursing in December of 2016, and I am highly educated about infant and pediatric care because of my degree. I am certified in Basic Life Saving (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) by the American Heart Association. I have been a nanny since the very young age of 12 years old. I am very passionate about working with children, and I love being able to provide them with quality care and help impact their life in a positive way. I also have a ton of experience working with kids, ages 2 to 18, because I was a gymnastics coach from the summer of 2011 until May 2018. During my time as a coach, I coached preschool and recreational gymnastics classes and also developed and maintained my own team program at both of the gymnastics clubs that I worked for. Currently, I am available full time, and I would love to be able to work with a loving family that is seeking help with caring for their children.
