A little bit about me

Hello! My name is Claudette. I am a mother of two boys, ages 13 & 16. I graduated Cum Laude from UW-M with a degree in Pre-k-12 Education with an emphasis on English/ESL. I have a minor in Spanish.
I taught from [phone number hidden]. I also have nannied for a family starting back from when I was in middle school until I left for college.
While in college I nannied part-time for a family that had two babies. With both of them I started when they were six weeks old.
So I guess I knew from early on what path should be mine!
I began teaching in 2002 in MPS. Four years later I transferred to Wauwatosa, where I taught for four years. I then focused on time with my child and a newborn until 2014.
For seven years I nannied for a boy from age 4 1/2 until 12, although I still tutor him and nanny when needed.
I knew from early on that I wanted to become a teacher. I always played that role with my siblings and cousins when I was very young! Working with kids, teaching and watching them grow is my passion!
