Schedule: Approximately 40 hours a week, Mon-Fri ~9-5 (we can be flexible on the exact schedule)
Who you'll care for: 2.5 year old boy and 1 year old girl
Requirements/Responsibilities:
Experience caring for infants and toddlers.
Main responsibility is taking care of the child(ren) (play time, nap time, feeding, diapers, reading, etc.).
Planning and conducting developmentally-appropriate activities (crafts, trips to the park, reading, etc). We're happy to sponsor books, courses, etc to help you help them.
We try to take them to story time at the library & gymnastics every week; if we can't, we hope that you will.
References required. Please provide clear past experience, child's age, whether it was full-time or part-time and any other details.
CPR certified; up to date on vaccinations.
Speak English fluently (other languages are also great!).
Car (or other transportation) to get to/from our home near Tuolumne City.
Non-smoker.
Nice to have:
Spanish or other language fluency
Demonstrated interest in early childhood development.
Willingness to help out with some light housekeeping (eg. laundry, emptying the dishwasher) and meal prep for the kids
