A little bit about us
We have two roles:
Primary Summer Nanny: Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Second Summer Nanny: More flexible schedule, approximately 25–30 hours/week.
There may also be occasional weekends and a weekly date night, likely Wednesday or Thursday.
Mom will often be home or nearby, sometimes taking 3-5 of the older children to our farm about 15 minutes away for summer homeschool or activities. We are looking for someone dependable, energetic, and comfortable with children from newborns through young teens.
A great fit would be someone who enjoys playing , going on walks, visiting the park, helping with little ones, and bringing a steady, cheerful presence to the home. Swim experience would be a wonderful bonus, as we have a pool at the farm.
For the right candidate, this could become a long-term W-2 position during the school year, generally Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m., with full benefits including healthcare, dental, vision, life insurance, paid time off, and vacation.
We are also open to a unique long-term housing arrangement: a pseudo-live-in role where the nanny would have a full home to themselves on our farm, 15 minutes from our home, with room included. The nanny would be responsible for their own meals outside of work, though breakfast and lunch would be provided while with our family.
Compensation
Long-term role: $26+/hour, depending on experience, plus benefits
Secondary Summer role: $18–$22/hour,
We are a Catholic family, and we would love to find someone who is comfortable with our family culture, and desire for a long-term relationship with the right person.
