We are a warm and welcoming family of four looking for a dedicated and nurturing nanny to join us in providing a supportive environment for our three children, aged 3, 6, and 10. Our youngest, P, is possibly autistic and will need some extra patience and understanding, while our older children, G (10) and A (6), are kind-hearted and full of energy. All kids attend school during the week.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience with Children: While experience with special needs is a plus, we are willing to provide training and resources to the right candidate.
Team Player: We value a collaborative approach and are open to working together to create a routine that works for everyone.
Responsibilities:
Assist with morning routines (teeth, hair, etc.) for G and A.
Help G and A get to the bus stop by 8:35 AM.
Welcome P from the bus at 1:05pm, and G and A at 3:40 PM.
Prepare snacks, lunch on half days, and dinner for the kids (Monday to Friday).
Support P with potty training and use positive reinforcement like sticker charts.
Ensure safety with child locks and supervise play.
Light cleaning, laundry, and homework assistance.
Nanny Schedule:
Morning: 7:45 AM – 8:45 AM (Morning routine for G and A, assist with bus stop)
Afternoon: 12:45 PM – 5:45 PM (Receive P from bus, help with homework, snacks, and light household tasks)
Half-Days: 7:45 AM – 8:45 AM, 11:00 AM – 5:45 PM (2x a month)
School Breaks: 7:45 AM - 5:45 PM
When Parent Works from Home: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Paid Holidays: Off on all holidays!
Compensation:
Attendance bonus of $100 per month.
