Schedule can be somewhat flexible, around 9-4 or 9-5pm M-F. Happy to be flexible around time off and vacations/holidays!
During the summer the 3 year old will likely be doing some camps/activities and will need some help with transportation.
May also need some help with lunch/snack and some bottle feeding.
Boys are great nappers. Very relaxed and laidback household!

Our ideal candidate:
-Extensive nanny experience (specifically with infants) with references
-Someone who is reliable, organized, outgoing and engaging
-A fun, warm personality who can be creative with activities and enjoys being outside in the warmer months
-Non-smoker who owns their own car with a clean driving record
-Open to light chores & baby meal prep (as time allows: tidying up toys and meals, bottles/dishes and laundry)
-Comfortable with a parent occasionally at home/working from home
-6 month minimum with option to extend
Important to note:
-Candidate must be comfortable / flexible with the 1 rotating day off per week. The specific day off each week will be known 1 month in advance.
-We are looking for a candidate to be watching our child only (not open to nanny-share or care out of another home)

General Responsibilities: Picking up the girls from school (at Noon and 3pm respectively), transporting to/from activities, preparing kids' dinner, light housekeeping, and organizing at home activities.
Ideal Candidate: Someone with previous nanny experience and/or background in childcare and/or has worked with neurodiverse children. High energy. Self starter. Appreciation for creative thinking.
About Us: Both my wife & I work from home, with our days ending around 5:30pm. We've had wonderful partnerships with our former nannies, and appreciate open communication to help improve everyone's time together.
