A little bit about us
We are new to Texas. Moving in from Las Vegas, NV. We are out here alone. I have no family and friends to help support me while I work.
Currently, I am working full time for the state of Texas (M-F 8a-5p). I also work part time for Amazon at night for 2 nights (Thurs and Fri) and all day Saturday (1:30p-12a).
We are currently renting 2 rooms in a private home. I am having trouble finding a place of our own. And because of that, I need someone who is there with my kids while I am away working.
I am looking for a nanny who can cook and prepare 3 meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) and offer 2-3 snacks throughout the day. I will have the groceries there and ready for use.
I need the nanny to keep my 2 little ones (the 4 year old and the 10 year old) busy, engaging with them in arts and crafts, playtime activities, etc. My 13 and 11 year old pretty much can entertain themselves (all they need is adult supervision and meals provided). I prefer the nanny to also have reliable transportation to be able to take them to the park and/or other outdoor events/activities from time to time.
Additionally, I will need the nanny to clean up after my kids. They generally aren't messy. But I just want to ensure they aren't messing up the owner's home while I am away. So it'll be light housework. They will be allowed to go in my room, their room, the first upstairs bathroom, the family room upstairs, and they will be able to use the downstairs bathroom and the kitchen.
In essence, the nanny's schedule will look like this:
Monday- 7a-5:30p
Tuesday- 7a-5:30p
Wednesday- 7a-5:30p
Thursday- 7a-1a *nanny is allowed to spend the night if the timing is too short between Thurs night and Fri morning*
Friday- 7a-1a
Saturday- 12p-1a
This is what the summer schedule (for July and August) will look like.
Once school begins, & I know the schedule. I will change the nanny's schedule accordingly.
