We are seeking a dependable professional who takes initiative in supporting our children’s emotional growth and development by actively planning engaging activities and outings. As working parents, we rely on our nanny to help keep our household running smoothly.
Childcare responsibilities will include preparing healthy meals and snacks for the children and managing all standard child-related care. Additionally, we require assistance with light household duties to keep things organized, including daily tidying (especially after the children), loading and unloading the dishwasher, and washing, drying, and folding the family’s laundry.
Applicants must have 2–5 years of proven professional experience with employer references (no friends or family). A clean driving record and a safe, reliable car are required for school pick-ups and drop-offs and activities; mileage will be reimbursed at the standard IRS rate.
This position offers an average of 30–40 hours per week, with guaranteed minimum hours even during family vacations. You will be legally paid on payroll (W-2) and receive paid time off (PTO). We are looking for someone committed to a long-term role of two or more years and are unable to accommodate a nanny bringing their own child to our home.
Thank you, we look forward to connecting with you!

We're looking for a caring nanny to come to our home and take care of him Monday through Friday. This summer, he'll be attending camp on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings. We'd need the nanny to pick him up from camp at noon and stay until 5pm on those days. On Tuesdays and Thursdays, we'd need coverage from 8am to 5pm.
We're happy to discuss further details with the right person!

The kids both have autism and that impacts people differently, they are both really easy. The twins are unable to talk but are able to communicate via picture exchange and point to help figure out what they want to say. The kids are also learning how to communicate via a communication tablet with pictures to click on.
The kids are working on potty training and need help feeding themselves using utensils. The kids need help getting dressed in the morning as well. They are very sweet kids and friendly and do not have big tantrums which is nice. Outside of needing help to build some of the basic skills the kids are doing well. The kids like to be touched like hugs and picked up. Aiden loves being sung too and they both love reading books and watching videos with us.
As Iris and I both work full time, having you here to help enrich their lives by taking care of them and playing with them would make their lives and ours better. I hope you consider our family and would love to have you here. Thanks.
