I have been a nanny for 7 years. My most recent nanny position lasted 4 yrs. I took care of one little boy from the time that he was 6 months till he was 4 1/2 and no longer needed a nanny. I meet that family through a nanny agency and we have become like family. I am looking for a full-time nanny position that would hopefully be long term.

I have experience with all ages starting from newborns up to 4th grade level. Newborns are very delicate and need lots of attention. I always made sure they had their bottle every couple of hrs and that they we're nice and clean. The beginning of a newborn stage is very important, so I try to provide as much attention as possible. Toddlers and older children are more independent, I don't consider any stage easy but you learn from every experience, since every child is different. I'm in charge of whatever it has to do with them starting from feeding them, to their laundry, room, school, homework, etc. Education and reading is very important in a child's life, and I love to read so that's a plus! Also I'm fluent in Spanish and if its ok with their parents I'm willing to teach them that too. As a babysitter I love to be part of your child's life, not only as a simple babysitter but as a special friend or even as a family member. :)

She was a very sweet girl very impressed on how she treated and took well good care of our son always up and ready for any challenge that came with taking care of our son. Would definitely recommend her to take care children especially with young infants and toddlers. - Melany lopez

Justine G.

Justine was a great worker. She always had a smile on her face she felt bad when her activities such as sports and school conflicted with her work days. She was one of my favorite workers she has a very bubbly helping personality she loves to help people and feels bad when she can’t. If I could I would hire her again. - Miranda

To understand if a full-time nanny is right for you, it’s best to start by assessing your family’s needs. Full-time nannies are best suited for families’ that need roughly 35-40 hours of child care.

A full-time nanny can offer support with housekeeping, errands and other household responsibilities, similar to mother’s helpers, au-pairs, and live-in nannies. These instances, as well as your location and the nanny’s experience are some of the many factors to consider when deciding how much you should pay a full-time nanny.

If you’re looking to save on the cost of a full-time nanny, you can try a nanny share. In a nanny share, you split the costs of a full-time nanny with another family.
