Work Experience:
This past year I worked as a lead daycare teacher (ages up to 2 yrs) at Educational Playcare and for the Goddard School in Glastonbury, Connecticut. My responsibilities included writing & implementing curriculum, supervising nap & play, serving meals, and providing observational reports and updates to families. In addition, I have babysat for 3 families of the children in my classroom upon parental request.
I have experience working with preschool aged children at the same centers as an assistant teacher, as well as experience working with K-6 students in before/after public school programs.
I am currently seeking a full-time, live-out nannying position in lieu of working in another daycare center. Hope to chat with you soon!

A little bit about me
With nearly four years of hands on experience caring for children of various ages ranging from 6 months- 3yr , I bring a strong sense of commitment, warmth, and structure to every home I’ve worked in. I’ve always been incredibly family oriented and naturally drawn to working with children. I’m energetic, talkative, and thrive in environments where I can engage children in meaningful play& learning activities. assuring your little one is hitting all milestones. I believe in being fully present with the kids I care for and encourage creativity, outdoor play, and exploration of their interests. One of my core strengths as a nanny is setting healthy, respectful boundaries. I’m firm but kind, and I work closely with parents to ensure consistency in expectations and discipline. Children thrive with structure and love, and I make it a priority to provide both every day.

Daycare vs. Hiring a Nanny
Choosing between putting your child in daycare and hiring a nanny can be a tough decision. While nannies are often more expensive, they provide individualized attention and flexibility.
