A little bit about me…

My childcare experiences have been absolutely incredible. Children tend to latch onto me and treat me well as their superior, I do not have many problems with kids becoming comfortable with me. I have worked for multiple families with multiple kids, within the last couple of years. I really captivated a family with a four year old little girl, I became their main caregiver two years ago when they realized how great and comfortable she became with me, I was the first nanny that was able to have the mother leave without the daughter throwing tantrums and crying while she was gone. I have established a family type of relationship with them and I myself am extremely comfortable.. they have almost become friends. We do share everything together and our experiences. I have been asked to travel with them, and have watched their kid for long periods of time that they have left the country. I also was watching a family with three young boys and they were a blast, they seemed to love me, I stopped working there when I had more full time coverage with the family with the little girl. I was on and off with multiple families during this time period as well, some things stick and other things do not always. I worked with a boy who is 14 year olds and has autism, I would cook for him, do some arts and crafts, make sure that he was controlled. We enjoyed each other and the mother seemed to genuinely like me, as I did with her. I have quite the personality and I am very energetic and bubbly, with a high amount of patience. I love children and they can trust me, along with the parents, I have never had the issue of not being trusted.

A little bit about me…

I have over 8 years of experience. Very responsible, caring and loving. I am willing to teach Spanish to the kids if parents are fine with it. I engaged the kids to many activities including arts and crafts. It all depends on the children ages and I always find activities to do with them.

A little bit about me…

I have a diverse experience in my history of childcare. I have 2 of the most amazing children that I raised on my own. (ages 16 and 13) before I had such amazing children I did babysitting around my neighbor hood for families of 1-5 kids. I knew then that I was to work with children. once I was married and had my girls I wanted to still help bring in some income but stay home with the girls I ran a in home childcare. It was a lot of fun. Once I had the girls in school I decided to go back to the school system to work there. I was a teachers aid and I worked from preschool to high school aged kids. Spanish speaking to English and traditional classroom to integrated special education. I soon after couldnt finish school due to having to raise my girls alone. I went into management in retail finding that I was able to have a good income to better my family. The girls and I moved out here about two years ago with my boyfriend that is loving and supportive and just recently became a pharmacist and is supporting me finishing my schooling to be a Registered Pediatric Dietitian. I worked here at a child care facility for a while but had to go back to retail to assure a steady income while Nate studied for his boards. I miss my babies for the center and stay in contact with most of the families that were in my class room. I started off as a preschool teacher - I worked in the Pre kindergarten class and found that I really loved working with the infants and toddlers the most. I was in charge of school age trips and transportation in which I became close to all of those kids also. I have many years of working with children and plan on doing that for the rest of my life.
