A little bit about me

Hello! My name is Alyssa Pheanis. I am 22 years old and currently working as a full time nanny. I graduated from kettering fairmont high school in 2016 and have since then worked with all ages of children 0-12. I started out at delightful days learning center in centerville as an assistant infant teacher for two years. I then worked as a one on one for a little girl in preschool at Kemp elementary, which is in Dayton for 1 year. After leaving Kemp I started to nanny. I was with my first family for 1.5 years but was let go due to covid and mom being able to work from home full time. I am now with another family who I’ve been with since July 2020. My contract is up in July of this year & I’m not sure if I will be with the family for another year or not but would like to keep my options open. Thank you!

A little bit about me

Hi I'm Lisa and bring with me over 20 years experience working in various childcare roles. I'm comfortable caring for large families, multiples, as a Kindergarten teacher in a Waldorf setting and a professional nanny. I have a genuine love of children and all my references will speak to my reliability and exemplary skill set. In my 20+ years of nannying there wasnt a year in the last decade where I didnt spend at least a weekend learning best practices or updating my skillset in childhood development. I'm the absolute best at what I do and look forward to providing the best care for your family!

A little bit about me

I’ve always had a natural touch with kids. Whether young or old I always find a way to connect with a child and I have an amazing gift to be able to understand children of all ages and difficulties and what they may need in most moments. I always love to learn new things about the kids I take care of to make sure I do the best I can for them and make sure they feel understood and heard. I always take into consideration how the children under my care may feel about any situation or environment they might be in to make sure they are as comfortable and happy as I can possibly make them.
