About Us:
•First-time parents who love music, the beach, fishing, and all things Florida 🌴
•Looking to add another member to Team Elena who can work flexibly with our family
•Household includes 1 happy 8-month-old girl, 2 friendly dogs, and 3 affectionate cats 🐶🐱
Position Details:
•Schedule: 1–2 days per week for a few hours; flexible on days/times
•We’re hoping to find someone who can take on extra hours when my mom is out of town. Typically, this would be communicated in advance and scheduled on a case-by-case basis.
Responsibilities:
•Caring for our daughter, including feeding, changing, and engaging in age-appropriate play
•Following her daily routine and nap schedule
•Possibly attending local baby classes or outings as coordinated
•Light tidying related to the baby (e.g., cleaning bottles, putting away toys, wiping high chair, etc.)
•Picking up after yourself and the baby to help keep shared spaces neat
•Communicating any updates or concerns with us as needed
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
•Experience with infants and a genuine love for children
•CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to obtain certification)
•Clean background check, teliable transportation with valid drivers license/car insurance
• Must be comfortable around dogs and cats
• 2–3 references required minimum
Bonus points if you have:
• Background in early childhood education
• water safety certifications
• Spanish language skills to introduce our LO to new words
• experience with sleep training and/or starting solid foods with infants
Compensation:
• determined based on experience and qualifications

The job would be to come to the house at around 7:45am to pick up our daughter and bring her to school. You would be able to use our cars if you would like.
After that we would ask you to return to the house and help clean up around the house for about an hour or two.
The whole job would be about 3 hours every weekday. There would be additional opportunities for additional hours as well if everything goes well.
