A little bit about us
Our family is seeking a Full Time LIVE-IN NANNY to start ASAP (August- September) . We're a busy family with 2 high energy boys who are 6 & 3 years old. Must be patient & love to do activities. Our oldest son has special needs so you will have to be able to handle a child with ADHD. We love to travel, go out to restaurants, date nights, and do fun activities with the family on the weekends. We really enjoy living in Tampa area & love being active in our amazing city!
Work Schedule:
We would like nanny to work a split shift which is typically from (Monday - Friday) 7am - 9:30am & 4:30pm- 8:30pm & (Saturday - Sunday) 7am- 9am & 2:30pm-8:30pm. Our kids attend school full time so our help would be needed in the morning & night & as well as weekends. We like to go out on dates so we will pay you extra if you go over hours etc.
Duties: cooking for kids, clean up after kids, clean kids rooms and bathrooms, kids laundry etc.
You will have 1 day off a week plus 3 half days MWF when kids are in school plus one weekend off a month. We need someone who is super flexible with the schedule & we are willing to accommodate events and things you may want to go to if communicated in advance vice versa. You MUST be ok working weekends. We are willing to incentivizes on performance based pay raises & bonuses.
We offer a beautiful room, private bathroom, food, WiFi, work cell phone, access to our neighborhood club house with amenities such as pool, tennis, basketball & gym. We ARE looking for a Live-in long term to be with our family NOT only 1 year, which is very important to us.
Communication is key & we're always willing to work together to make sure everyone is on the same page. If there is something you want to do and need to adjust the schedule we do have flexibility and options, but would need notice in order to help accommodate you!
If you're excited about the opportunity to work with a friendly, fun-loving family in Florida we'd love to hear from you!
