My husband and I are very hands-on parents, but are looking for some extra help a few hours and a few days throughout the week. It'll be very flexible to start off with.
We're mainly looking for someone who will play with her, feed her snacks and have fun with her during the times we have to work. The setting will be in our home. Occasionally, we may go on fun family activities.
In the beginning, we're looking for a part-time nanny, but there may be an eventual full-time schedule.
Honestly, we would like our nanny to become an extension of our family. We're a very positive family so we'd like someone who can really add to our family culture and values while bringing their best and most authentic selves.
