Key Responsibilities
Daily Care & Safety: Ensure active supervision at all times and maintain a safe, loving environment.
Meal Prep: Serve nutritious lunches and afternoon snacks.
Outdoor Time: Take him on daily stroller walks and enjoy active outdoor play.
3-Year-Old Curriculum & Activities: Engage him in age-appropriate educational and fun activities, including:
Drawing, coloring, and simple art projects
Writing basics & motor skills practice
Singing songs and dancing
Interactive play and storytime
📋 Job Requirements & House Rules
Attentive Care: Must keep eyes on the child and actively engage with him at all times.
Strict No-Phone Policy: Phone use is not permitted during work hours (except for emergencies) to ensure total focus on the child's safety and engagement.
Proven experience working with toddlers/preschool age.
Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy.
Must have transportation to and from.
CPR/First Aid certification (required).

Location: Gwinnett County
Hours/Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday
10 AM – 1 PM
Pay Rate: $10.00 an hour
Start Date: August 11th, 2026

Responsibilities include:
•Morning care: brushing teeth, changing clothes/diapers, and preparing breakfast
•Engaging activities: playing indoors and outdoors, reading books, singing, dancing, and encouraging creative play
•Meal/snack time: feeding breakfast, fruits, and snacks
•Nap routine: helping him wind down and putting him down for nap
•Light housekeeping: tidying toys and play areas, washing bottles/dishes, putting away dishes, wiping counters.
We’re looking for someone who is caring, patient, and enjoys spending time with young children. If you’re dependable, energetic, and love working with toddlers, we’d love to hear from you!
