It would require ~45 hours per week, ideally ~830-530 Monday - Thursday with the first 10 Friday's likely half days (part of my wife's return to work policy). We live in a 2 bed (1 br is a small nursery) on the 12th floor of a doorman building.
We have a small dog named Clyde. Ideal nanny is someone who is comfortable around dogs (he is very friendly) and willing to walk him once a day for a good walk in the afternoon.
Limited expectations on things like meal prep and cleaning around the house, just focusing on Poppy. No weekend work required, although occasionally we may ask to stretch the evening hours on Mon-Thurs in the event of work commitments. Building also has a playroom on the first floor for rainy days.
Looking for someone with experience in this age range.

A little bit about us
We are a blended family living on the Upper East Side looking for someone to work for us full time.
We have two children (boys ages 7 and 11), and since we share them with their mom, they are with us 3 days out of the 10 you would be working (1st week they are here on Thursdays, second week they are here Thursday and Friday). On the days the children are here we would look for you to help with picking them up from school, dropping them off at sports activities, preparing their sports equipment and clothing for them, preparing meals for them and overall taking care of them.
On the days they are not here, we are looking for help with housekeeping tasks including deep cleaning, laundry, keeping everything neat and organized, wardrobe management, various errands like dropping off dry cleaning, doing the grocery shopping (through fresh direct), etc.
On the days the kids are here we would need you to come from 12-8 in order to accommodate their sports schedules and when they are not here we can follow a regular 9-5 schedule. You would be coming in Monday-Friday.
I would be happy to answer any additional questions about the role!

I’m looking for a part time mother’s aide/helper. Someone to help me out from 5-9pm. M-F. We have two children, a 4 year old boy and a 21 month old girl. We are expecting our final addition to the family in November :) So it’s a busy time for us! My husband often works late so I’m looking for someone to help out after daycare, getting the kids home, tydying up the house, dishes, etc. (Cooking would be a HUGE plus as well!) Ideally, looking for someone to become a family friend who can help us out with the more routine things so we can spend more quality time with our kids and each other :)
