I need someone to help them do their school on zoom if they have questions, make them do their chores, and be kind with them while i am at work. Since school is out i need someone to keep them during the day. there could be some drop off at times. I prefer someone come to our house. Clean up only when things are used such as dishes or toys/crafts used. I am looking for 3 or 4 days a week monday through friday for about 24 hours per week.

With a sweet 5-week-old baby at the heart of their home, the parents are looking for a nurturing and dependable caregiver who’s ready to commit for the long run—ideally 5+ years—for a truly meaningful role.
The family’s schedule follows a rotating pattern, typically offering 3–4 full days a week from 6:30 AM to 6:30 PM. Occasionally, the schedule includes two standard days and one 24-hour overnight shift, where the nanny would sleep over and remain on call in case the parents are called into work. The following day is always a guaranteed day off. The position includes 40 guaranteed hours per week, with many opportunities for overtime pay when extra hours are needed.
The family avoids screen time and they value creativity, curiosity, and meaningful interaction over media. They’re hoping to find a nanny who thrives in an imaginative environment, enjoys crafting playful learning moments, and brings a calm, confident presence to the baby’s early development. Fluency in both English and Spanish is highly preferred, as they’d love to introduce a second language to their little one from an early age.
In addition to attentive infant care, daily responsibilities will include light child-related housekeeping (laundry, bottle washing, tidying play spaces), meal prep for the child as they age, and occasionally letting the family’s friendly German Shepherd outside—so a dog lover is a must!
