A little bit about us

Ideally we are looking for someone after school M-F with occasional additional care on days with no school or when my wife and I have evening events. Role would include getting the kids off the bus and to the house, getting them a healthy snack, homework, light cleaning/laundry, walking the dogs and other activities to keep the kids occupied and away from screens, and ideally would start a meal for us to finish when we get home. Care would be from 2:30-6 M,T, TH, F and 1-6 on W. There wouldn’t be any shuttling of kids around but occasional transportation may be necessary.

Ian is 9 years old and starting 4th grade. He loves video games, but also loves spending quality time with folks. He does better with adults than other kids. He’s an active kid and loves riding his mountain bike, going on his scooter, or hiking the nearby trails.

Mia is 5 yrs old and entering kindergarten. She is very social, not afraid of much, and has lots of good energy. She’s a sweet girl that also loves dress up and princesses.

Hello there! I'm looking for someone to pick the kids (10-year-old and 8-year-old) from school and bring them home or take them to after-school activities. Once home, please ensure the kids do their homework and engage in productive or creative activities.

If you agree to these terms, please let me know your availability. I'm hoping you can start next month, in August. Thank you very much.

Interviewing for a Housekeeper Nanny Position in Jacksonville, OR

After talking to a few employers, you’ll be invited for a housekeeping nanny job interview. Here are a few housekeeping nanny interview questions to prepare for:

  • What qualities do you have that make you a good housekeeping nanny?
  • What do you enjoy about looking after a home?
  • How many years of experience do you have with house cleaning?

In a housekeeping nanny job interview, you’ll have the opportunity to provide your nanny references and ask any questions that you would like to know about them. If you decide after this interview that you would like to continue, we recommend asking for a job offer or a nanny contract. By doing this, you can ensure that you’re getting off on the right foot with your future employer.
