A little bit about us

We are looking for a full-time nanny willing to help with our newborn son. While now in the typical newborn stage, our son was born premature so we would ideally like to find someone who has experience with preemies.

The ideal candidate would be a loving and caring individual who would be able to help us with full-time care during the day. This would include feedings, cleaning up after feedings, taking him on walks, reading, tummy time, help around the house (such as light cleaning or meal prep), and assistance going to appointments or places like the pool. We would like someone comfortable with animals, as we do have a golden retriever. Being flexible is a plus as we may ask for occasional overtime or potentially traveling with us on vacations.

A little bit about us

We’re looking for someone truly special to join our family and help care for our two little ones — our sweet almost-3-year-old and our curious 8-month-old. 💛

We’d love to find a caring, dependable, and joyful person who naturally connects with children and can bring warmth, creativity, and calm to our days. In addition to childcare, we’d appreciate a helping hand with light household tasks — things like tidying, organizing, and simple meal prep — to help our home run smoothly.

✨ Who You Are:
• You have a kind, patient, and playful spirit and genuinely love being with children.
• You understand developmental milestones and enjoy supporting little ones as they grow, explore, and learn.
• You’re organized, proactive, and comfortable balancing childcare with household support.
• You’re easygoing and collaborative, comfortable working alongside Mom when she’s around and taking the lead when needed.

✨ Position Details:
• Start Date: ASAP (long-term position)
• Schedule: 2–3 days per week, with some flexibility
• Pay: Based on experience
• Location: Short Pump

If this sounds like the kind of home and role you’d love to be part of, we’d be so happy to hear from you.

Please send a message to connect — we’re excited to welcome someone who feels like family. 🌿

We are looking for a full-time nanny for the coolest kids in Richmond. We have a 5 year old daughter and 16 month old son.

Looking for someone 8:30-6. The kids are in school part of that time so we'd love help with groceries and meal prep, laundry and tidying before school pick up. They have a couple activities in the afternoons so there is usually some driving to those or the park or children's museum.

We're easy going and looking for someone long term so we can all get comfortable.

A little bit about us

We are a family of 6. Twin girls age 8, and 2 boys ages 5 and 1. I work from home as a mental health therapist and my husband is an elementary school principal. We have a robust schedule and are looking for an experienced nanny who is structured and loving to care for our 1 yr old while I work during the day. We're in need of meal prep as needed and light housework such as folding/putting away clothes and washing dishes.

We would also need coverage for all 4 children on days when school is closed. Rate will adjust to $23/hr on those days when care is provided to all 4.

A little bit about us

Date night sitter needed twice a month or more (every time would be told in advance) consisting of a shift of 7:30-2AM or 5-12PM.

We have a 4 year old daughter, who is rambunctious and inquisitive and an 18 month old son who is a cry baby cuddle bug! Bed time is 8. Both sleep fairly well but my son will look for me eventually but is easy to put back down. We also have a dog but he will be in his crate upon your arrival. Hes 8 pounds and not so good with new people so we prefer to limit contact.

Need to be CPR/First aid certified but we are also willing to pay for training if you’re interested in signing a contract with our family. We’d need references and are open to everyone 🌈

Fun And Loving Nanny Needed For 2 Children
My husband and I are in need of a nanny for our two children (ages 3 and 1). We are looking for someone who can become a part of our family and hopefully stay with us long term. We are seeking a nanny who can engage in imaginative play, read books, spend time outside, and gently guide our children. Minimal household duties will include feeding them lunch, cleaning up after snacks and meals, and folding their laundry. We are taking precautions for COVID and hope our future nanny does too for the safety of our family and her.
