Hello! We are a friendly family looking for a nanny share + nanny share family. We are new to Henrico and have a one year old little girl.

We desire an experienced, professional care provider to deliver intellectual stimulation, discipline, nurture, and play for our kiddo and hope to find a family with similar needs.

We prefer an on-the-books arrangement with a paycheck based on guaranteed minimum number of work hours per pay period. Will include paid days for vacation, sick and holiday leave. The hourly rate will be based on the nanny's depth of experience, quality of education, and mutual fit for all three parties.

Hello, looking for a nanny who can help with childcare and light housework. Ideally someone who is very serious about social distancing in reference to Covid-19. Would love to talk more!
The Gibson Family
Richmond$14/hr  |  2 kids
We are looking for a nanny to begin around August 31 to help care for two little girls during the day through enriching and fun activities. Harper is a five year old who will start kindergarten virtually this year and will need help being monitored while in class sessions or working independently. Rowan is a three year old who will need some enrichment with provided age-appropriate activities while continuing to work on potty training. Rowan will also be expected to take daily afternoon naps (or have quiet time). When the children are not working on structured activities, we are hopeful that they will have opportunity to play or engage in creative activities. We have a fenced in backyard with a swing set, slide, and sandbox, and there is also several natural trails and a big lake within walking distance of our house!

I (the mother) am a teacher and will hopefully be teaching virtually from home, but will often be unavailable to attend to the children's needs while teaching. My husband also has some flexibility in his hours worked on site, so he may be in and out of the house. Once we get a more clear idea of the expected hours of Harper's school schedule as well as our work schedules we can give a more definitive expectation of hours per week, but we are expecting four-five days a week for anywhere from 20-30 hours a week, possibly more.

In addition to childcare, we would like some light cleaning as preparation of meals (lunch and possibly breakfast) for the girls.

As an added note, we have two dogs (a pug/beagle mix and a German Shepherd). There is no expectation of care for the dogs, besides occasionally letting them in and out of the house or giving them water. Both dogs are very friendly, but the German Shepherd is BIG.
The Kirkbride Family
Museum District, Richmond$13.50/hr  |  1 kid
We are looking for a nanny share in the Museum District or surrounding neighborhoods. We need help starting as soon as possible. She is healthy, easy going, and sleeps and eats well.

We need help between the hours of ~9a-4p four days a week. Hours may occasionally extend slightly earlier or later, so some flexibility would be great. We would prefer someone who has a structured schedule for activities and is interested in taking our girl out on adventures.

Willing to pay hourly or weekly.

Non-expired CPR card & driver's license required

We are looking for a nanny for our son, Graham, starting in late-August

We currently have a nanny who we absolutely adore, but she has a job as a 4-year-old classroom teacher at a private school starting in the fall. We've found that a background in education is such an amazing quality for someone who's going to help raise our children (child for now, children in the future!). We love teachers!!! (Graham's grandmother was also a teacher.)

Graham will be four months old in late-August, so it's just him for now along with our four-legged children (two dogs, one cat). Our ideal world would be to find someone who will stay with us as our family grows and will introduce our kids to the amazing world we live in (field trips to museums, sporting events, the library, play groups, etc.).

Hi, we are looking for another family for a nanny share. Our son is due in September 2019 and we are looking to start early 2020 but we are flexible starting earlier. We are looking for infant care 2-3 times a week as I am a nurse and my husband has a flexible work schedule. We do have a lovable one year old lab/hound dog who is great with people but we are open to have care in someone else's home.

We are hoping for a kind, dependable individual to care for our little one and a family to help share in social activities.

Looking for a part-time nanny or nanny share to watch our newborn son (born [phone number hidden]

days per week, 8am-4pm, in our home. We are flexible on which days but need them to be consistent week-to-week. We are also flexible on start date but would like it to be by 3/1. Caregiver needs to have their own reliable transportation and be CPR certified.
We like to keep baby boy on a consistent schedule as much as possible, so previous knowledge of newborn schedules or willingness to learn is ideal. There will be some down time during naps (perfect for a student) but he needs plenty of interactive play during wake-windows. Preference will be given to caregivers with previous newborn experience.
A little about us: Dad is a physician working at VCU and Mom owns a bakery (which means the occasional treat may make its way home with her!). This is our first child although we do have a fur baby who will also be at home, most likely sunning herself in the window.
