Baby boy isn't here yet but is expected mid February. Looking ahead at options for when I return to work. I work remote so I'm looking to have someone come to the house and help during the mid morning hours to cover meetings. I'm thinking 2-3 days a week. Responsibilty wise just caring for baby boy. We have a dog but he's outside most of the day sun bathing and a walker comes to take him out occasionally to help with his social skills and to get him a little more exercise.

I work at blue origin as a cnc machinist but I work Friday Saturday and Sunday 12 hour shifts but I have Monday - Thursday off. I start my shift at 5am and I’m off work at 5:30pm. My little boy Dawson is 4 months old and he’s just a peach he’s such a good baby always happy, laughing or eating haha he sleeps through the night 8-9 hours. I have two dogs Duke and Dutches. Duke is a 50-60lbs black mouth cur. Big sweet heart who will give you kisses and Dutches is a 30-50lbs chocolate lab who is a service animal intobe one day haha the dogs won’t need much besides food and water. I’ll access for them to go outside on their own and toys for them to tear up. Expectations for Dawson is your normal stuff for a new born to be taken care of to be loved to not raise your voice to him to make sure he’s fed and diaper gets changed.
