A little bit about us

I currently work as a Mental Health Technician, but I am seeking to accept a better position with a different company. I have two wonderful boys who are full of life. My toddler is a lovable firecracker who is currently in the process of being diagnosed with Autism. My eight month old thinks he’s a toddler is ready to do everything he sees big brother do. We practice Gentle/Conscience parenting which means lot of patience, understanding, communicating, redirecting, and most importantly no spankings. We want to foster emotional intelligence and healthy boundaries with our children. My oldest is a sensory eater so if it’s not crunchy, he’ll have a hard time adjusting to it. My infant is currently nursing, but we are trying to ween him to formula. We are currently looking for childcare from 10am-3:30pm Monday-Friday. We don’t have any pets so there wouldn’t be any other expectation other than the boys

A little bit about us

Hi there! My husband and I are looking for a part-time morning nanny (Monday to Friday) for our 2 kiddos here in our home, year-round. We have a sweet baby girl and an almost 2 year old toddler who is quite the ham! We would like someone who can follow directions - given that there is another nanny for the afternoons, consistency is key. Your duties mainly consist of playtime with our toddler, snacks/lunch then put down for a nap. As for little girl, it would be bottle feeding, diaper changes and put down for 2 naps. We do have a small dog - Sampson so you must be comfortable with dogs. We would prefer someone with infant experience and multiples. Please reach out as we look forward to meeting you! My husband does speak Spanish, so if you’re bilingual that would be amazing! But it is certainly not a necessity. Growing up, my family had two part-time nannies who practically became family and we would love to have that same experience for our kiddos!

A little bit about us

Family of 4.

We are a loud family! We love life, we love to eat out, we love a clean house and clean kids, doesn't mean they can't make a mess, they are allowed to make a mess as long as its cleaned up right after.

Our kids love to talk non-stop, they love to dance and sing. They love life in short.

Most days it will just be the baby, all duties baby related are, making sure he is fed, cleaning his bottles, giving him a bath, putting him in clean clothes, changing diaper, making sure his face is clean, playing with him, taking him to the playground or on a stroll, and giving him a nap. Watch him like a hawk.

For my 7 year old, its picking him up from school, taking him to after school activities, not much, he is pretty self sufficient.

My husband and I both work from home and we have designated space where we work.

How to Find an Infant Care Job in Fayetteville, AR

If you’re looking for an infant nanny job, you’ve come to the right place! We can help you find an infant care job in your area. Start by telling families about yourself in your profile, and then chat with families to find the right fit. When you think you’ve found the right match, you can turn the discussion towards compensation and responsibilities.

What is an Infant Nanny in Fayetteville, AR

An infant nanny is a nanny that specializes in caring for newborns. They are skilled in diapering and providing care for any rashes, swaddling, bathing, feeding, and burping. Some infant nannies further specialize in care for premature newborns or multiples.

Preparing for a Nanny Interview for an Infant Care Position

Once you start connecting with prospective employers, the next step is an infant nanny job interview. Here is a list of some infant nanny interview questions to prepare for:

  • What is your specific experience with this age group?
  • Are you Infant CPR/First Aid certified in Fayetteville, AR? Are you willing to be trained?
  • How do you handle a crying baby?
  • How often do you usually offer parents updates during the day?
  • What do you feed an infant? At 0-3 months? 3-6 months? 6-9 months? 9-12 months?
  • How do you set up the infant’s crib for a nap?
  • What kind of activities will you plan to engage my baby?

You should be prepared with your references for past nanny jobs, and ideally, past infant jobs. Prior to the infant nanny interview, be sure to think about questions that you might have for the family. This is a great time to ask questions about the responsibilities and compensation for the infant nanny position. To make sure everyone has a shared understanding of the role and responsibilities, we recommend asking for a job offer or a nanny contract. By doing this, you can get off on the right foot with your future employer.
