My little girl is 4 months old and sleeps most of the day currently. Ideally, we would need a full time nanny to work from 6:30am-4pm. Hours may vary ofcourse once I get my work schedule. Latest you would have to work would be 4:30-45 as my boyfriend gets off usually between 4-4:20.

This is what we need, this is what were willing to pay - - If it works for you message and meet up with me and my husband ASAP to meet the kids and see how they take to you.
What we need - Someone to come by the house 2 to 3 days a week (preferably) every Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning from 8am to 11am or 1pm (so for 3 to 5 hours total depending on our exhaustion levels)
We will need you to come over, pick all the toys up off the floor and put away nicely then get the boys (1 and 2 years old) out of the cribs, diapers changed, teeth brushed, breakfast made and fed, then changed into clean clothes ready to demolish the living room again.
If you see dirty dishes, wash them, if you see food or crumbs on the counters/ floor, sweep them up kinda deal.
Then when me or my husband wake, take the new born and let us get a shower before you leave. I'm about to have my 3rd c section and its gonna be rough on the both of us waking and breastfeeding all through the night so we really need someone to help out. The days can be set differently but the hours can not. We need from 8am till the very least 1pm. (No Saturdays)
We are willing to pay about 15/hr
Our preferences - don't be offended - we are new parents, we don't trust anyone naturally, so you must know there are nanny cams in and around this entire house in every room but the bathrooms. They record onto the cloud 24/7 so use common sense.
You must be willing to provide personal information for a criminal background check that we will pay for so just be honest. If anything shows up we simply will not hire you to care for our babies.
Last thing, I know it's pointless because the boys will destroy them again but I want the toys picked up and put away nicely again right before you leave. I want them to get use to seeing that the toys have their own designated spaces for when I'm ready to teach them to start cleaning up

How to Find an Infant Care Job in West Lafayette, IN
If you’re looking for an infant nanny job, you’ve come to the right place! We can help you find an infant care job in your area. Start by telling families about yourself in your profile, and then chat with families to find the right fit. When you think you’ve found the right match, you can turn the discussion towards compensation and responsibilities.
What is an Infant Nanny in West Lafayette, IN
An infant nanny is a nanny that specializes in caring for newborns. They are skilled in diapering and providing care for any rashes, swaddling, bathing, feeding, and burping. Some infant nannies further specialize in care for premature newborns or multiples.
Preparing for a Nanny Interview for an Infant Care Position
Once you start connecting with prospective employers, the next step is an infant nanny job interview. Here is a list of some infant nanny interview questions to prepare for:
- What is your specific experience with this age group?
- Are you Infant CPR/First Aid certified in West Lafayette, IN? Are you willing to be trained?
- How do you handle a crying baby?
- How often do you usually offer parents updates during the day?
- What do you feed an infant? At 0-3 months? 3-6 months? 6-9 months? 9-12 months?
- How do you set up the infant’s crib for a nap?
- What kind of activities will you plan to engage my baby?
You should be prepared with your references for past nanny jobs, and ideally, past infant jobs. Prior to the infant nanny interview, be sure to think about questions that you might have for the family. This is a great time to ask questions about the responsibilities and compensation for the infant nanny position. To make sure everyone has a shared understanding of the role and responsibilities, we recommend asking for a job offer or a nanny contract. By doing this, you can get off on the right foot with your future employer.
