A little bit about us

Meet my kids they are 5, 2, and 5 months. My 2 oldest are crazy active boys they love dinosaurs, space, and running around. My oldest is high functioning autistic and can have some heavy meltdowns. All my kids have a celiac so they will need to be fed a specific diet. We love to be active when the weather is good and enjoy the park, pool, and just being outside. We will need a nanny 2-4 days a week for 8 hours a day some days will start at 6am and would require you to take my 5 year old to school and pick him up, feed all 3 kids, and get them ready. Some days you will only need to pick him up and be here till 10pm in which they will need a bath and be put to bed. I'm looking for someone who can keep up with them feed them and do some light house work mostly just cleaning up after you feed them. I also have a dog so you would need to be okay with dogs and assist with my oldest feeding her and taking her out.

We are a big loving family and we just want someone who can handle our family and be great to our kids. We are just starting this new journey of mommy not being home and so this is a big change for all 3 and so we want to find someone who can come in and make themselves like family to our kids.

A little bit about us

Part time to full time position watching two beautiful kids. I have a hyper active 5 yr old and a 1 yr old. Just needing someone to sit with them, make them food, and small chores around house. Do nightly routine. I work about 21 hrs a week Friday through Sunday nights in London. Some on call shifts. I go in as early 430pm and get off as later as 1am. I know my schedule about 2 weeks before hand. I would prefer a babysitter to watch them inside my home. I can get off any where between 1230am to 1am depending on what time I go in.

A little bit about us

We’re a family in Pikeville with three young boys and a busy household. We’re looking for a full-time nanny who’s also passionate about early learning — someone who can teach, guide, and help structure a fun and educational day.

We can provide a private apartment five minutes from our home, so this position is ideal for someone relocating or looking for long-term stability.

Responsibilities include daily care, play-based learning, light meal prep, and keeping the boys’ routines consistent. Ideal candidates have experience in early childhood education, homeschooling, or teaching.

We value reliability, creativity, and kindness — and want someone who’ll feel like part of the family, not just hired help.

How to Find an Infant Care Job in Kentucky

If you’re looking for an infant nanny job, you’ve come to the right place! We can help you find an infant care job in your area. Start by telling families about yourself in your profile, and then chat with families to find the right fit. When you think you’ve found the right match, you can turn the discussion towards compensation and responsibilities.

What is an Infant Nanny in Kentucky

An infant nanny is a nanny that specializes in caring for newborns. They are skilled in diapering and providing care for any rashes, swaddling, bathing, feeding, and burping. Some infant nannies further specialize in care for premature newborns or multiples.

Preparing for a Nanny Interview for an Infant Care Position

Once you start connecting with prospective employers, the next step is an infant nanny job interview. Here is a list of some infant nanny interview questions to prepare for:

  • What is your specific experience with this age group?
  • Are you Infant CPR/First Aid certified in Kentucky? Are you willing to be trained?
  • How do you handle a crying baby?
  • How often do you usually offer parents updates during the day?
  • What do you feed an infant? At 0-3 months? 3-6 months? 6-9 months? 9-12 months?
  • How do you set up the infant’s crib for a nap?
  • What kind of activities will you plan to engage my baby?

You should be prepared with your references for past nanny jobs, and ideally, past infant jobs. Prior to the infant nanny interview, be sure to think about questions that you might have for the family. This is a great time to ask questions about the responsibilities and compensation for the infant nanny position. To make sure everyone has a shared understanding of the role and responsibilities, we recommend asking for a job offer or a Kentucky nanny contract. By doing this, you can get off on the right foot with your future employer.
