A little bit about us

Our daughter is 6.5 months old, loves to smile and laugh! She loves to play, and make faces and be outside! She is in a center right now, but we don’t feel it’s the right fit! We may have found an in home daycare but they do not have an opening until March 2026. We would be interested in hiring a nanny until then! Days would be M, T, Th until November, then M-Th. If you want M-th now that can be arranged.
We are also open to sharing a nanny!
Overall responsibility’s would be just to take great care of our kiddo!

A little bit about us

We are so excited to be expecting twin girls in September and are looking for a nanny Monday-Friday from 9-3, starting in January 2026.

I work from home in scientific sales so I will be home, but am frequently on customer calls, and my husband works as a construction project manager (so he goes into the office).

Important note: we have two mid-size herding dogs! They are very smart and kind of like an extra set of humans! I can tackle taking them out during the day, but they are very outgoing (and shed) so liking dogs is a must!

We are an outdoorsy couple and are so excited to adventure with our little ones and show them the beauty of the world.

We are looking for a trusted nanny who will enjoy spending time with them and watching them blossom.

A little bit about us

We have two children that are cousins that are looking for care for together in one of our homes. We are looking for typical hours around 7:30-8am- 4-4:30pm. One child is a 6 month old girl (Leah), the other is a one year old boy (Michael). Both love to play and find entertainment in anything near by. Leah is a calm and content baby and Michael is in the love to explore phase. Both are full of smiles, joy and laughter everyday! There wouldn’t be any pickup or drop off expectations. There is possibility of moving between houses throughout the week but not in the same day, we live 2 miles apart. Both houses have a well mannered dog. We are looking for the opportunity to work with a caregiver who wants to care for two fun-loving cousins as they grow up together!

How to Find an Infant Care Job in Blaine, MN

If you’re looking for an infant nanny job, you’ve come to the right place! We can help you find an infant care job in your area. Start by telling families about yourself in your profile, and then chat with families to find the right fit. When you think you’ve found the right match, you can turn the discussion towards compensation and responsibilities.

What is an Infant Nanny in Blaine, MN

An infant nanny is a nanny that specializes in caring for newborns. They are skilled in diapering and providing care for any rashes, swaddling, bathing, feeding, and burping. Some infant nannies further specialize in care for premature newborns or multiples.

Preparing for a Nanny Interview for an Infant Care Position

Once you start connecting with prospective employers, the next step is an infant nanny job interview. Here is a list of some infant nanny interview questions to prepare for:

  • What is your specific experience with this age group?
  • Are you Infant CPR/First Aid certified in Blaine, MN? Are you willing to be trained?
  • How do you handle a crying baby?
  • How often do you usually offer parents updates during the day?
  • What do you feed an infant? At 0-3 months? 3-6 months? 6-9 months? 9-12 months?
  • How do you set up the infant’s crib for a nap?
  • What kind of activities will you plan to engage my baby?

You should be prepared with your references for past nanny jobs, and ideally, past infant jobs. Prior to the infant nanny interview, be sure to think about questions that you might have for the family. This is a great time to ask questions about the responsibilities and compensation for the infant nanny position. To make sure everyone has a shared understanding of the role and responsibilities, we recommend asking for a job offer or a nanny contract. By doing this, you can get off on the right foot with your future employer.
