We have a 3 month old baby. He is pretty chill and easy going! I am bilingual, so somebody who speaks English and Spanish is a plus! He is currently eating on demand, and has 1-2 hour wake windows. Looking for someone who is experienced in working with infants and working on motor skill and language development!
Dad works from home 2 days a week so he will be around. We will need someone who can work Tuesdays and Fridays. Hours vary, but we will know a schedule 3 weeks in advanced. It can be anywhere between 3-10 hours a week.
Expectations: Would love some basic tidying up (dishes, picking up dog toys), but main priority is baby! We do have a dog, and may need to take her out. She is very sweet, but can be skittish. She is crate trained, and house trained. She is also 100% deaf, so she must always be leashed when outside as she has no recall at the moment.

4 kids- 11 yo, 2.5 yo twins, and a 5month old. 3 boys, 1 girl. Our 2.5 yo daughter has developmental delays and has a few extra needs. We have 2 dogs, chocolate lab and double doodle. Hours Monday through Friday with some varying hours. Typically between 7a-5p with occasional evenings and some weekends. 10 yo will be at school most of the time and doesn’t need much. Most of the responsibility is with the 3 younger children. They do however go to a preschool 2-3 mornings per week. Typical day: getting kids ready for the day, prepare meals and clean up (breakfast and lunch), plan activities/play indoor and outdoor with minimal electronic use, snacks (am and afternoon), light housework and laundry. Meal prep if comfortable with provided recipes. may need to transport or pick up at times.
