Max and I have a wonderful daughter Lucy who will be 16 weeks when I return to work on May 11th. Looking for 2 days a week to care for Lucy (feedings, play, diaper changes, etc.) approximately 16 hours total, Mondays and Fridays 8 am- 4 pm.
Most Monday holidays I have off and I WFH except for 1 week a month when I go into the office. We would prefer you to come into our home. We do have 2 larger dogs, but are not looking for you to care for them while you’re here.

A little bit about us

Hello, I am Skyler from a very small town called Weare New Hampshire. I graduated from John Stark Regional High school. Couple months down the road I met my Boyfriend Adam. We now have our 5 month old daughter Aubrey! I am currently looking for a family to nanny for! (Even better if I could bring my daughter along with) My whole life I was brought up around children. Always went to work with my mom who worked at a daycare. I have a little sister who’s 3 years old. With that all said I have plenty of experience with kids from NB-6years. I love doing arts and crafts, Learning activities, baking sweets, enjoying the outdoors. And all around having fun! I am responsible, on time, flexible, very understanding person.

What is an Infant Nanny in Manchester, NH

Preparing for a Nanny Interview for an Infant Care Position

Once you start connecting with prospective employers, the next step is an infant nanny job interview. Here is a list of some infant nanny interview questions to prepare for:

  • What is your specific experience with this age group?
  • Are you Infant CPR/First Aid certified in Manchester, NH? Are you willing to be trained?
  • How do you handle a crying baby?
  • How often do you usually offer parents updates during the day?
  • What do you feed an infant? At 0-3 months? 3-6 months? 6-9 months? 9-12 months?
  • How do you set up the infant’s crib for a nap?
  • What kind of activities will you plan to engage my baby?

You should be prepared with your references for past nanny jobs, and ideally, past infant jobs. Prior to the infant nanny interview, be sure to think about questions that you might have for the family. This is a great time to ask questions about the responsibilities and compensation for the infant nanny position. To make sure everyone has a shared understanding of the role and responsibilities, we recommend asking for a job offer or a nanny contract. By doing this, you can get off on the right foot with your future employer.
