A little bit about us

I work in a chiropractic office Monday Thru Friday. Monday-8am to 5pm
Tuesday 9am-5pm
Wednesday 8am-5pm
Thursday 11:30a-6pm
Friday 8am-5pm
Everyday but Thursday I have an hr lunch that I come home to feed the kids.
I need someone who is good with babies and my 3 year old. I don't need any cleaning or pet care. Just entertain the kiddos and keep them alive, healthy and happy 😊 . You will need to give baby a bottle of already expressed mother's milk maybe 1-2 within the time you are there. And my toddler just some snacks. I'll make sure she has breakfast before you get there and lunch. My husband was a stay at home dad but just got a really good job that starts at 6am til I get off and starts Monday so we need someone reliable and consistent. Thank you for all your hard work and taking care of our kids when we have to work. We appreciate you all!

Looking for a nanny share in the Enterprise area for my infant! (I’m due in early November). It would be one infant for about 4 days a week from 8 am until 5 pm. Potential for 5 days a week in the future. We are pretty flexible and just want someone who will listen to our concerns and approach as parents - especially since I’m an educator and have developmental experience.

A little bit about us

Hi! We’re Jeff and Tiffany Zicker, and we’re looking for some weekday help as Tiffany transitions back to work. We recently welcomed our first baby boy, Hudson, in late January. He arrived about two months early at 32 weeks, so while he’s close to three months old, he’s still very much in that newborn stage developmentally. That said, he’s always been a little ahead for his gestational age and is an incredibly sweet, happy baby with a very calm demeanor.

Tiffany works a corporate 9–5, Monday through Thursday, and Jeff is self-employed, so our schedule can vary a bit. We’re ideally looking for someone who can be flexible with us. Some days we may only need help in the mornings if grandparents are around in the afternoon, and other days we’ll need closer to a full day, roughly 8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday through Friday. We’re open to a monthly/weekly salary situation as well if it makes more sense for everyone than hourly since hours could vary.

We’re based in Inspirada and keep a very clean, tidy home. We’re simply looking for someone who can care for Hudson, keep him engaged, and support his growth and development throughout the day.

We’d love to meet you and see if it feels like a great fit for everyone.

How to Find an Infant Care Job in Las Vegas, NV

If you’re looking for an infant nanny job, you’ve come to the right place! We can help you find an infant care job in your area. Start by telling families about yourself in your profile, and then chat with families to find the right fit. When you think you’ve found the right match, you can turn the discussion towards compensation and responsibilities.

What is an Infant Nanny in Las Vegas, NV

An infant nanny is a nanny that specializes in caring for newborns. They are skilled in diapering and providing care for any rashes, swaddling, bathing, feeding, and burping. Some infant nannies further specialize in care for premature newborns or multiples.

Preparing for a Nanny Interview for an Infant Care Position

Once you start connecting with prospective employers, the next step is an infant nanny job interview. Here is a list of some infant nanny interview questions to prepare for:

  • What is your specific experience with this age group?
  • Are you Infant CPR/First Aid certified in Las Vegas, NV? Are you willing to be trained?
  • How do you handle a crying baby?
  • How often do you usually offer parents updates during the day?
  • What do you feed an infant? At 0-3 months? 3-6 months? 6-9 months? 9-12 months?
  • How do you set up the infant’s crib for a nap?
  • What kind of activities will you plan to engage my baby?

You should be prepared with your references for past nanny jobs, and ideally, past infant jobs. Prior to the infant nanny interview, be sure to think about questions that you might have for the family. This is a great time to ask questions about the responsibilities and compensation for the infant nanny position. To make sure everyone has a shared understanding of the role and responsibilities, we recommend asking for a job offer or a nanny contract. By doing this, you can get off on the right foot with your future employer.
