Hello! Our family of 4 recently moved to the area. I have a seven month old daughter who is very calm and cheerful and a three-year-old who is very energetic, smart and playful. We are looking for someone to care for our youngest daughter at the minimum as I will be going back to work soon. I may be interested in pulling my oldest daughter out of Montessori preschool, depending on the situation and have her cared for by the nanny as well. We need someone part-time, two days a week 8-10 hour days. I don’t have my full schedule yet as I am still in the process of getting hired. My schedule may be variable to begin with, but hopefully it will settle into a pattern. We are looking for someone that is okay with having a loving older chocolate lab around. We hope that the nanny will take the kids outside and do developmentally appropriate activities with them. Montessori style is a plus but we mostly want someone who is loving, attentive, playful and very interactive. The girls love music/art/dancing and lots of outdoor time. Must be a non-smoker and have own car. We currently live in the Beaverton area, but we will be moving to North Plains in a few months. Open to discussion about salary. We have a 2 month old boy who is super sweet and smiley! He will be starting daycare in July (3 days/wk) and then up to 5 days a week in Sept, however, we are needing some periodic help in the meantime and likely some evenjng or weekend help after daycare begins.
Up front, my husband or myself will likely be home while you hang with Benji so that we can focus elsewhere.
One important thing to know is that we have 3 large dogs. They are very sweet, but do rush newcomers and get barky when excited, so we want to make sure whiever comes over will be comfortable with this.
Right now, we're only looking for 5-10 hours of work a week (on average) so that I can go to workouts and volunteer at OHS. For the most part, Im flexible, though there are a couple trainings I need to go to that Im hoping will work with your schedule:
Saturday June 10th from 9:15ish to 2ish
Saturday June 17th from 10:45-2ish
Sunday June 18th from 9:45-1ish
