We have 3 kiddos. Ages range from 9 months to 4 yrs. We need someone to assist on a daily basis to pick up the kids from daycare and bring them home. At home, you'll do snack time and dinner time and lots of play time (before and after dinner). We need this help between the hours of 2pm to 630pm (there is some flexibility here if needed). We'd love to have someone who is self motivated, takes initiative and puts the kids safety first. We also need someone very reliable as we both have jobs where we cant miss time from work. The kids arent allowed TV time so we want you to engage them, read to them, teach them cool new stuff and play, play play! We can compensate your mileage to/from their school pick up. The school is 5 miles from our home. I work every other week so your regular work days will also be every other week. However, if you'd like to pick up extra days on the week off, I'd appreciate the help! Also, if you have any interest to help out on weekends for 4 hours, let us know but its not a necessity. Thanks!

Hello, I have 3 kids children, currently my oldest is almost 3 and the twins are about 17 months old (one girl & one boy). I am currently a therapist and my husband is military/law enforcement, and currently deployed. Our toddler is very energetic, but is the kindest little human ever. Our twins are amazing, and soaking up everything they can, plus they just started walking but 3 toddlers can be a challenge when crying at the same time, all needing something different and going different directions. We are looking for part-time care so I can work. My work schedule is flexible as I create my own schedule with clients. I will be working from home currently seeing tele-health clients. I will be able to come out and help for 10 ish minutes at a time in-between client sessions as needed. Our nanny will need to have a lot of patience, a flexible schedule, have reliable transportation and experience with children. We do have one dog, she is a blue heeler and she is very sweet. Other responsibilities would be to help clean up toys, mess and clutter at the end of the night.
During the hours I need help would be for dinner time, so light cooking and doing the dishes after.
