Looking for care for 2 little boys, 6 months and 2 years. Dad is military, Mom attends school an hour away and has a part time job. The hours are still being figured out for our daily and weekly routines so what we are needing is someone who is flexible, and can be available weekdays. I am currently expecting my first child in December of 2024 and plan to return to work after 3 months of maternity leave, so I'm not needing childcare until around March of 2025. I run a restaurant so my hours aren't consistent, but my husband has a regular day job that is. At times I work Monday-Friday with the weekends off, but other times I will have week days off. During my closing shifts I don't go into work until 3, so I will be around during the day sometimes. As this is our first kiddo we're not 100% sure what to expect as far as what help we'll being needing besides taking care of our little one, but perhaps some light housework such as dishes that are used during the day or any messes created during playtime.

The scope of responsibilities will be to change him, feed him on a set schedule, and interact with him. We have a contract that goes into more detail, however, this position will come with the following benefits package:
1. 2 weeks paid vacation accrued per year.
2. Certain paid holidays off.
3. 5 paid sick days accrued per year.
4. Use of a vehicle during work (should there be a need).
5. Annual bonus.
6. When the family takes vacation Nanny will still be paid.
