I’m a pediatric nurse and diabetes nurse educator. I work 32 hours a week. Right now I’m on maternity leave until mid-January. My husband, Randy, works from home for MetLife 40+hours a week. Our oldest, Lucien, is 3yrs and will be turning 4 in December. He is home on Tuesdays and Thursdays and attends daycare MWF. Our baby, Raymond, is 3 months old and will be attending daycare next year. We also have an American Bulldog, Titan, and he is 7 years old. We’re looking for part-time childcare mostly on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

I am interested in hiring a part time nanny able to work with us from December ‘25 (flexible start) through mid-August ‘26 (flexible end) at our home in Beverly, MA or at your home if closeby, caring for my sweet little 6month old daughter.

As a part-time working mother of 2 happy little girls (and a big red dog), we're looking for help with elements of life that exist outside of entertaining the kids (though some of that may be involved, with lots of opportunity for babysitting as well). We're looking for someone who is organized, and skilled in keeping others organized. We're looking for help with not only maintaining our home but helping us improve it - through upkeep, organization, improvement. Should the person be interested, we'd also be willing to view this as an administrative assistant role as well - making calls, booking appts, scheduling, etc. Basics that would be helpful include keeping laundry moving and organized, helping with house pickup and light cleaning, etc. Hours will be totally flexible - happy to work around the schedule of our helper. There's never a shortage of tasks and jobs around the house that we need help with. We see this as a position that has lots of room to grow and expand, including in compensation and number of hours per week. Compensation will be determined based on experience. References a must!
