We are looking for someone to be do in-home nannying on varying days throughout the week 8am - 4:30 pm. We have flexibility and would schedule everything a month in advance. One parent works from home a majority of the time and the other is a nurse.
The job would be to take care of our son, little house work and minor pet care (let the dogs in and outside).

My wife and I both work as engineers in hybrid remote jobs (Sarah at Medtronic, Mike at MN DOT). We currently work from home about 50% of the time but that fluctuates based on work demands. We live on the east side of Lino Lakes with our two golden retrievers and welcomed our first child to the world November 2024, her name is Lillian (Lily). We are looking for Nanny services starting sometime this Fall, approximately September 2025, and anticipate needing child care 3-4 days a week. Lily will be about 9-10 months old at that time. Child care would be for 6-8 hours per day, but willing to be flexible on hours as needed.
