A little bit about us

We're expecting a newborn 2/2024, and looking to have a nanny start with us around 5/2024. The little boy will be the only kid in our family, and we do have a cat in the house.
We would like to have the nanny work from M- Th. roughly 7 hrs per day. We can be flexible, at least 1 of the parent can work from home 3-4 days per week. And we're open to nanny share with a family that close to us, either your home or ours with love :>

The main responsibilities would be take care of the baby, if time allows, we would love to have the nanny to help out on some light house cleaning work, such as do baby's laundry, clean the kitchen etc.

Please don't hesitate to reach out for more details. We hope we're a great match.

A little bit about us

Hi and thank you for your interest! We are seeking a loving, energetic, responsible and experienced person to be a part of our family and help care for our child, approx.~30hrs/wk M-F (flexible hrs/days considered). Our 6-month-old son is a smiley, joyful and curious baby. He loves to explore his surroundings and enjoys storytime and interactive play. Both parents work from home part time (hybrid). We also have a 4lb yorkie (hypoallergenic) who spends the day napping in the sunshine (no care required).

General baby care in a safe environment (ie play, feed, clean, diapering) is expected and light housekeeping related to baby care only (laundry, bottle/dish washing, toys etc) would be greatly appreciated. We would also like baby to have play/learning time, get daily fresh air and be taken out for occasional fun group infant activities.

Experience with infants, development/education background, CPR/First Aid certified, non-smoking, personal transportation, background check and references preferred. $18-25 based on experience.

A little bit about us

Hi! My husband and I just welcomed our second child, Carter on 7/21. We have a 2.5 year old daughter, Olivia as well. I am
off work until 10/13 but daycare doesn’t have a spot available for Carter until the first week of November so I’m looking for someone to help with just Carter (will be 3 months by then) for the gap between me going back to work and daycare taking him. Hours would ideally be [phone number hidden]pm M-F (I work from home so hours can be flexible if needed). We live in chesterfield and have a great neighborhood to walk around in too! Please let me know if you’re interested, thank you!!

A little bit about us

Hello, I’m looking for a kind and caring nanny to watch my baby while I begin my medical residency program in June! It’s mostly Monday - Friday 8-5 sometimes 8-4 :) just in-home nanny that knows how to care for a funny little baby! Expectations: food prep and feeding them, cleaning them up after food messes ( no diaper changes or baths unless absolutely necessary as my husband works from home and he can do that) putting them to sleep for nap time and reading/playing with them and occasional playdates when her cousin comes over. That’s about it :) I’m looking for someone flexible with the schedule just in case my husband travels which is rare but it does happen every few months for a few days.

How to Find an Infant Care Job in Chesterfield, MO

If you’re looking for an infant nanny job, you’ve come to the right place! We can help you find an infant care job in your area. Start by telling families about yourself in your profile, and then chat with families to find the right fit. When you think you’ve found the right match, you can turn the discussion towards compensation and responsibilities.

What is an Infant Nanny in Chesterfield, MO

An infant nanny is a nanny that specializes in caring for newborns. They are skilled in diapering and providing care for any rashes, swaddling, bathing, feeding, and burping. Some infant nannies further specialize in care for premature newborns or multiples.

Preparing for a Nanny Interview for an Infant Care Position

Once you start connecting with prospective employers, the next step is an infant nanny job interview. Here is a list of some infant nanny interview questions to prepare for:

  • What is your specific experience with this age group?
  • Are you Infant CPR/First Aid certified in Chesterfield, MO? Are you willing to be trained?
  • How do you handle a crying baby?
  • How often do you usually offer parents updates during the day?
  • What do you feed an infant? At 0-3 months? 3-6 months? 6-9 months? 9-12 months?
  • How do you set up the infant’s crib for a nap?
  • What kind of activities will you plan to engage my baby?

You should be prepared with your references for past nanny jobs, and ideally, past infant jobs. Prior to the infant nanny interview, be sure to think about questions that you might have for the family. This is a great time to ask questions about the responsibilities and compensation for the infant nanny position. To make sure everyone has a shared understanding of the role and responsibilities, we recommend asking for a job offer or a nanny contract. By doing this, you can get off on the right foot with your future employer.
