A little bit about us

I am a registered nurse and my husband is an HVAC tech and we both work at BJC, currently pregnant and due in September :) We would need 2-3 days during the week but the days do change as I do not have a set schedule. We would like someone to be able to work 6 am-3:30/4 pm. We do have two golden retrievers that won’t need anything except some love and pets lol

A little bit about us

We are looking for part time help during the summer (June- mid August). Our baby girl will be 3 months in June. We would like help one or two days a week from roughly 8am-5pm. There is some flexibility with timing and the specific days. My husband and I both work a hybrid schedule, so we are in office some days and work from home some days. So one or both of us may be home, but not able to fully care for our daughter. We also have a small, friendly, non-shedding dog in the house.
Main expectations are that she is fed, gets adequate naps in, and has developmentally appropriate wake windows each day.

A little bit about us

We need a nanny for our 1 child in Ballwin. Some light housekeeping. Animal lovers please apply (we have 3 dogs)! I don't have a set work schedule so hours may vary some from week to week but my schedule is published at least a month or more in advance. We would likely need help anywhere from 3 to 5 days a week depending on my schedule. I would need someone available as early as 7 a.m. on mornings I open. I may work as late as 9 p.m. on evenings that I close (my husband is a student though so could be available some evenings if needed/evening end times after 5 p.m. could be a little flexible).

Possibly interested in a “night” nanny for soon to be newborn. Due Date: 11/14/19. We are first time parents, via surrogate (slightly older) and looking for a loving, responsible, trustworthy person to help during nights (Mon - Sun) possibly 20 - 25 hours a week.

Must have drivers license, dependable, trustworthy and I feel completely comfortable in my home, my family, newborn. Common sense is key!

A little bit about us

Hello. Looking for a little extra help with my son while I work. I work from home and just need help a few hours a week when I am busiest. Ideally I would like someone that can take my son out on walks and entertain him. I would like some light housekeeping but mostly for the baby (washing bottles, organizing clothes, cleaning his room, etc).

How to Find an Infant Care Job in Manchester, MO

If you’re looking for an infant nanny job, you’ve come to the right place! We can help you find an infant care job in your area. Start by telling families about yourself in your profile, and then chat with families to find the right fit. When you think you’ve found the right match, you can turn the discussion towards compensation and responsibilities.

What is an Infant Nanny in Manchester, MO

An infant nanny is a nanny that specializes in caring for newborns. They are skilled in diapering and providing care for any rashes, swaddling, bathing, feeding, and burping. Some infant nannies further specialize in care for premature newborns or multiples.

Preparing for a Nanny Interview for an Infant Care Position

Once you start connecting with prospective employers, the next step is an infant nanny job interview. Here is a list of some infant nanny interview questions to prepare for:

  • What is your specific experience with this age group?
  • Are you Infant CPR/First Aid certified in Manchester, MO? Are you willing to be trained?
  • How do you handle a crying baby?
  • How often do you usually offer parents updates during the day?
  • What do you feed an infant? At 0-3 months? 3-6 months? 6-9 months? 9-12 months?
  • How do you set up the infant’s crib for a nap?
  • What kind of activities will you plan to engage my baby?

You should be prepared with your references for past nanny jobs, and ideally, past infant jobs. Prior to the infant nanny interview, be sure to think about questions that you might have for the family. This is a great time to ask questions about the responsibilities and compensation for the infant nanny position. To make sure everyone has a shared understanding of the role and responsibilities, we recommend asking for a job offer or a nanny contract. By doing this, you can get off on the right foot with your future employer.
