A little bit about us

We are seeking a nanny for our three children—two daughters (7 and 5) who attend school/camp from 8 AM to 5 PM, and a newborn baby boy arriving in April 2025. This role will begin with date nights and weekend babysitting so we can all get to know each other, with additional hours starting in late May or early June.

This is a split-shift position, which means we are open to hiring one person for both shifts (8 hrs/day max; 40 hrs/wk max) or two separate nannies to accommodate different schedules. Morning and/or evening shifts are available. The primary focus will be ensuring a safe and nurturing environment while providing care for the newborn in the morning and/or evening and engaging with the older children before and after school through play, crafts, and learning activities. At least one parent will be present when all three children are home, so you will be working as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
Provide loving and attentive care for the newborn, including bottle preparation, feeding, diaper changes, naps, and soothing.
Engage the older children in fun and enriching activities, including pretend play, crafts, and outdoor play.
Help with morning wake-up routines (if working the morning shift) and bedtime routines (if working evenings).
Prepare and cook child-friendly meals and snacks, including bottle prep.
Child-related dishwashing, tidying toys, laundry, and light housekeeping to keep shared spaces clean and organized.
Driving children to and from activities.
Qualifications:
5+ years of childcare experience, including newborn care.
Up to date on vaccines (COVID, flu, Tdap, and MMR).
Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check.
Open to occasional date nights and travel with our family.
Warm, responsible, and looking for a long-term role

A little bit about us

Tycho is almost 5 months old - we both work (from home) and looking for consistent weekday presence to keep an eye on him. Generally would be 8am-4pm M-F, with the potential for some travel to the coasts for work. As he grows we'd love if you can take him to activities.

We want someone who is attentive, and can help him develop, and who's not afraid to help out around the house while he's sleeping/otherwise entertained.

A little bit about us

Need help with two girls (3 and 1) on weekends and afternoons. House cleaning is also part of the job. Only cleaning after the kiddos not anything else. Our routine with the kids is structured and both or one parent would be present most of the time. Sometimes we would ask you to watch both kids. Help with picking up the kids after school would also be great, they get out at 2:45 m-f.

A little bit about us

Needing care for my 2 yr old and 8 month old twice a week and I am flexible on the dates and times. I also travel for work and will need care for the dates I travel. These days are usually Thursdays, Fridays and Mondays every other week or possibly once a month depending on my schedule. They can be flexible! My two older kids are very helpful and independent and my two youngest are close in age so I need someone with lots of experience with babies and toddlers. Thank you for your interest!

Hi! I'm looking for a nanny for my two daughters. Ideally we would have help in the mornings with wake up, getting lunch ready, and daycare drop off. Potentially in the afternoons and evenings too if you were interested, with bathing, dinner. Most responsibilities are driving, meal prep, diaper changes, getting school stuff ready. Probably 630-830 M-F, and if interested in afternoon hours 430-730 M-F. Thanks!

A little bit about us

Savannah is almost 10 months old and is the happiest little girl. I'm looking at taking a job in the area and want to see what my childcare options are. I'd be working 12 hour day shifts. I've never left her with anyone, so I am a bit anxious. She's a pretty chill baby and I'd love to find someone who will become her other bestie while I'm at work.

How to Find an Infant Care Job in Park City, UT

If you’re looking for an infant nanny job, you’ve come to the right place! We can help you find an infant care job in your area. Start by telling families about yourself in your profile, and then chat with families to find the right fit. When you think you’ve found the right match, you can turn the discussion towards compensation and responsibilities.

What is an Infant Nanny in Park City, UT

An infant nanny is a nanny that specializes in caring for newborns. They are skilled in diapering and providing care for any rashes, swaddling, bathing, feeding, and burping. Some infant nannies further specialize in care for premature newborns or multiples.

Preparing for a Nanny Interview for an Infant Care Position

Once you start connecting with prospective employers, the next step is an infant nanny job interview. Here is a list of some infant nanny interview questions to prepare for:

  • What is your specific experience with this age group?
  • Are you Infant CPR/First Aid certified in Park City, UT? Are you willing to be trained?
  • How do you handle a crying baby?
  • How often do you usually offer parents updates during the day?
  • What do you feed an infant? At 0-3 months? 3-6 months? 6-9 months? 9-12 months?
  • How do you set up the infant’s crib for a nap?
  • What kind of activities will you plan to engage my baby?

You should be prepared with your references for past nanny jobs, and ideally, past infant jobs. Prior to the infant nanny interview, be sure to think about questions that you might have for the family. This is a great time to ask questions about the responsibilities and compensation for the infant nanny position. To make sure everyone has a shared understanding of the role and responsibilities, we recommend asking for a job offer or a nanny contract. By doing this, you can get off on the right foot with your future employer.
